Tasty learning for everyone

School-aged children Give your kids the confidence in the kitchen to cook easy and healthy recipes that they will love. Our fun and interactive program uses our Superhero Foods to teach kids how to make healthy food choices.
Youth and young adults Will you be living on your own in a few years or have recently moved out? Learn important life skills like how to meal plan and cook affordable tasty meals. Discover easy wow-factor recipes to impress in the kitchen.
Adults Gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to learn how to cook and prepare easy, healthy and tasty meals.
Parents and Families Reduce mealtime stress with the what, why and how to feed the family. Gain the confidence to cook healthy meals the family will love. Easy dinner ideas, tips and meal time strategies for parents with children alongside practical everyday skills including how to pack a lunchbox, choosing healthy snacks for kids and ways to navigate tricky eating.
People with Disability The same great nom! program adapted to suit people with disabilities and their carers. Our program is inclusive for people with disability who are living independently and looking to achieve some of their NDIS goals around learning to cook, capacity building and independent living.
