During this four week program you’ll cover a range of healthy eating and nutrition information, including providing easy, tasty and healthty meal ideas. Our weekly interactive two and a half hour sessions will povide skills, with hands-on cooking to make our tasty nom! recipes. Afterwards, sit and enjoy the meal you’ve created with the new people you have met.
We will provide all of the ingredients needed for you to cook up a storm but please bring your own storage containers. This program is great free thanks to support from Hawaiian.
