Welcome to nom! Children where you, the parent/carer, will cover a range of healthy eating tips for children 0-5.
nom! Children is a FREE community healthy eating and cooking program designed to provide parents and carers with the tools to create a positive eating experience for the whole family. Tuesday 19th May this 2.5 hour session includes learning through fun, interactive activities and discussion, one hour of hands-on cooking using quick, tasty, low-cost recipes, children are welcome to join with a toy corner away from the cooking space, then invited to share a meal with their parents at the conclusion of the session.
