Learn about nutrition, healthy eating and how to cook Greek food with nom!

Learn important skills including

  • How to cook and prepare easy, healthy and tasty meals
  • How to choose healthy foods
  • Preparing and storing food safely
  • Creating a range of Greek recipes

During this two hour session you’ll cover a range of healthy eating and nutrition information. Following this, join in with a hands-on cooking making different Greek recipes. Afterwards, sit and enjoy the meals you’ve created with the new people you have met.

Take home a copy of our resources so you can continue to cook at home. We will provide all of the ingredients needed for you to cook up a storm but please bring your own storage containers. This program is free thanks to support from Hawaiian.
