During this two and a half hour session you’ll cover a range of healthy eating and nutrition information, including on providing easy and tasty dinner ideas. Following this, join in with a hands-on cooking making our tasty recipes. Afterwards, sit and enjoy the meal you’ve created with the new people you have met.
We will provide all of the ingredients needed for you to cook up a storm but please bring your own storage containers. This program is free for over 55s thanks to support from Hawaiian and is run in collaboration with the City of Fremantle.
