During each two and a half hour session you’ll cover a range of healthy eating and nutrition information, including providing easy and tasty dinner ideas. Following this, join in with a hands-on cooking making our tasty recipes. Afterwards, sit and enjoy the meal you’ve created with the new people you have met. This is a three week program happening on each Tuesday, 8, 17 and 24 June.
We will provide all of the ingredients needed for you to cook up a storm but please bring your own storage containers. This program is free thanks to support from Hawaiian.
