During each two and a half hour session, over four weeks, you’ll cover a range of healthy eating and nutrition information. Following this, join in with a hands-on cooking making our tasty recipes. Afterwards, sit and enjoy the meal you’ve created with the new people you have met.
Take home a copy of the recipe book as well as other great resources so you can continue to cook at home. We will provide all of the ingredients needed for you to cook up a storm but please bring your own storage containers. This program is free thanks to support from MITSUI.
